BARBECUE CHICKEN 
2 lbs. chicken parts
2 tbsp. butter

In skillet, slowly brown chicken in skillet (about 25 minutes). Add sauce mixture, cover; cook over low heat for 20 minutes; or until done. Stir often. Serve with rice. Makes 4 servings.

BARBECUE SAUCE:

1 can Campbells onion soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbells tomato soup
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 lg. cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce

In bowl, combine all ingredients.
