KOSHER PICKLES

Wash small cucumbers

1 lg. or 2 sm. cloves garlic

Put in bottom of jar. Fill jars tightly with cucumbers. Add:

2 to 3 ribs celery

BRINE:

1/2 c. coarse salt
1 gal. water (well)

Pour brine over cucumbers. Put 1 bunch of fresh dill.
