PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 can (20 oz.) sliced pineapple, drained
Walnut halves
Maraschino cherries
1 pkg. super moist yellow cake mix

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Heat butter in pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches in oven until melted. Sprinkle brown sugar over butter. Arrange pineapple on top. Decorate with walnuts and cherries. Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Pour batter into pan. Bake until cake springs back when touched lightly in center. Bake 45 to 55 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip.
