ZUCCHINI QUICHE 
2 c. sliced zucchini
1 med. onion
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
Dash pepper
2 pie crusts

Boil zucchini 3 to 5 minutes; drain very well. Spread zucchini over bottom of crusts. Sprinkle half of Swiss cheese and Parmesan cheese over zucchini. Spread onion over cheese. Cover with remaining cheeses.

Beat eggs slightly, add remaining ingredients. Pour over zucchini and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes until done.
