2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. canola oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. carrots, grated

Mix together then add carrots. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
