2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. boiling milk
1 tbsp. butter

Beat eggs and add sugar gradually. Add vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and sift together. Add to first mixture. Now stir in hot milk and butter. Bake at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

9 tbsp. brown sugar
5 tbsp. melted butter
4 tbsp. cream
1/2 c. coconut

Mix and pour over hot cake. Put under broiler for 5 minutes.
