MULTI-GRAIN BREAD 
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/3 c. warm water
2 1/3 c. hot water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. rye flour
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. oil
1 c. dry milk powder
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. all bran cereal
1/2 c. wheat germ
2 c. white bread flour

Mix yeast and 1/3 cup warm water. Add brown sugar to 2 1/2 cups hot water and 1/4 cup oil. Add all dry ingredients. Add yeast and water and knead well. Let rise to double in bulk. Knead down and shape into 2 loaves and rise again. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or so. Bread that is done should make a hollow sound when tapping the top crust.
