YEAST BREAD | |
3 pkgs. dry yeast 2 c. warm water 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. oil 1 egg 6 1/2 to 7 c. flour Dissolve yeast in the warm water. Stir in sugar, salt, oil and egg. Add flour until it makes a soft dough. DO NOT KNEAD. Cover with cold wet cloth; refrigerate overnight. May be kept more than 1 day. Make into loaves or rolls when ready, let rise to double. Bake at 400 degrees. |
