LIVER PATE 
1/2 lb. braunschweiger liver
1 med. onion, grated fine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Put all ingredients in mixer bowl and mix until smooth. Put in mold and chill until firm or shape in ball. Serve with crackers. Makes two 1/4 cups.
