MUSTARD SALAD DRESSING 
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
8 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. drained capers

Beat mustard with wire whisk while adding the oil, drop by drop, until a thick sauce is formed. Gradually blend in remaining ingredients. Especially good with Summer Salmon Salad.
