BRUNCH-N-EGGS | |
4 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. mustard 1/2 tsp. onion or garlic powder 1/2 tsp. pepper 8 eggs 8 oz. Cheddar cheese 4 c. toasted bread cubes Toast bread, cut into cubes, spread in 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle cheese over bread. Mix all other ingredients and pour in pan. Bake at 325 degrees until egg is set, 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle with Baco's or ham bits last 10 minutes. Can be made night before and keep in refrigerator. Bake as above. |
