MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
3 sticks butter, softened
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. flour
1 pt. marshmallow cream

Mix sugar and cocoa together then cream with butter and eggs, beating well. Add vanilla, coconut, and nuts, mixing well. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Use 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread marshmallow cream over hot cake, then frost with chocolate icing.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. cocoa

Beat well. Spread on cooled cake. Keep refrigerated.
