BEEF AND BEANS 
1/2 - 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1/2 - 1 lb. lean bacon, diced
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 (1.15 oz.) cans pork & beans
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (1 lb.) can butter lima beans, drained
1 c. low sodium catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
3 tbsp. fresh Raspberry Vinegar (or white vinegar)
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Brown the first 3 ingredients and hold aside.

In a 2 quart casserole mix together gently the remaining ingredients.

Add the beef mixture to beans, etc. and bake in 275 degree oven for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Crock pot cooks: mix the above in crock pot and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Yield: 12 servings.
