2 lbs. white chocolate or white candy coating 1 lb. box butter-flavored crackers (reg. size crackers) Creamy style peanut butter Spread half of crackers with peanut butter and then top with other half. Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave. Using tongs, carefully dip crackers into chocolate until completely covered. Set on waxed paper to dry. Store in a cool place. Makes about 4 dozen cookies. |
