HAMBURGER SOUP 
1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef or turkey
1 med. potato, peeled & cubed
2 c. shredded cabbage
3 c. hot water
16 oz. can no-salt added tomatoes, cut up
10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Crumble meat into 3 quart casserole. Cover. Microwave on high for 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Remove meat from casserole; drain on paper towels; place back in casserole. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Microwave for 20 to 24 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring every 5 minutes. Yield: about 10 cups. Serving size: 1 cup.

Per serving: 90 calories, 10 grams carbohydrate, 6 grams protein, 2 grams fat, 197 milligrams sodium. Exchanges per serving: 1 lean meat, 1/2 starch.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
