RASPBERRY TORTE 
1 yellow cake mix (oil & eggs type)
Raspberry jam

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter flavored Crisco
1 stick butter
4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Make cake according to package directions. When cool, remove from pan and put a thick layer of raspberry jam on the flat sides of the cake layers (not the rounded tops). Beat all frosting ingredients until very fluffy. Carefully spread a thick layer of frosting on one cake and flip the second one onto the other so you have a jam frosting jam combination. Spread cake on tops and sides with remaining frosting.
