FRESH APPLE DAPPLE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1-2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. grated apples

Combine all ingredients except apples and nuts; mix well. Add apples and nuts. Put in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes.
