HAM AND SWISS SANDWICH PUFF 
2 c. Swiss cheese (1/2 lb.)
2 c. ground cooked ham (1 lb.)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
12 slices sandwich bread (toasted)
6 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk

Put cheese and ham through the food chopper. Blend in mayonnaise and mustard. Spread on 6 of the toasted bread slices and then top with remaining slices. Cut each in halves.

Beat eggs with milk and pour over sandwiches. Chill overnight. Use a baking dish large enough for the 6 sandwiches. Bake 35 minutes at 325 degrees or until custard sets.
