RAW VEGETABLE DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. tarragon vinegar
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. chili sauce
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tsp. chopped chives
Assortment of clean & cut raw vegetables

Such as red or green pepper, carrot sticks, cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, etc.

Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours. Wash and cut vegetables. Arrange vegetables in a colorful pattern and refrigerate until serving time.
