SALMON CROQUETTES 
2 c. salmon, drained & packed
1/2 c. thick white sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. grated onion

Combine all ingredients. Chill several hours. Shape as desired. Roll in fine bread crumbs. Fry in hot fat until brown on all sides. May be deep fried in Crisco. Serves 6.
