JELLY ROLL 
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. hot water
Powdered sugar
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs until light. Add sugar and beat 2 minutes. Add vanilla, salt, flour, and baking powder. (Sift flour and baking powder together.) Beat together and add hot water. Pour into greased 10x15 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Dump onto cloth well covered with powdered sugar and roll up lengthwise. When cool, unroll and spread with jelly. Roll up again.
