MOM'S CHEESECAKE 
4 well beaten eggs
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. sour cream

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

CRUST:

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix crust ingredients and press into bottom and up sides of well greased spring form pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 8 minutes until lightly browned.

Mix filling ingredients together and pour into cooled crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Combine topping ingredients and spread over hot cheese cake, bake for 5 more minutes at 475 degrees. Turn oven off and let it cool in oven. Cake will fall as it cools. When pudding topping on it, be careful not to juggle it too much. Top may crack across center when cooled.
