FRESH APPLE BREAD 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
2 c. raw chopped apples

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease bundt pan or 2 small bread pans. Mix sugar, flour, salt, soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Beat eggs well, add oil and vanilla. Add to dry mixture. Add apples and pecans. Mix well. Pour into bundt pan or 2 small bread pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
