CRUNCHY PEACH COBBLER 
6 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced (4 c.)
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (14 oz.) pkg. oatmeal muffin mix
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 c. butter

Oven 375 degrees.

Combine peaches, sugar and lemon juice. Turn into 8x8x2 inch baking dish.

In mixing bowl, combine muffin mix and nutmeg; cut in butter until like coarse crumbs. Spoon over peaches. Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) for 40 to 45 minutes. Cut in squares. Serve warm or cool, topped with ice cream. Serves 6 to 8.
