1 c. buttermilk
1 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
2 tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained
1 lg. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 pkg. Fudge Strip cookies

Mix buttermilk, instant pudding powder, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and Cool Whip. Fold in fruit. Fold in crushed cookies just before serving. Garnish with some crushed cookies on top.
