CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head of cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper, diced
Hot pepper
1 c. uncooked rice
1 med. onion
2 cans stewed tomatoes

Cook meat in skillet with onion and peppers and salt and pepper and rice. Spread cabbage and place on bottom of Dutch oven. Pour meat over this (do not drain meat) then add stewed tomatoes, salt, and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degree oven for 2 hours.
