CRAB RANGOONS 
1 can crab meat
1/4 c. cream cheese
1 green onion, finely chopped
Garlic salt to taste
1 pkg. Wonton skins
1 egg white

Blend first 4 ingredients until smooth using the liquid from the can. Place 1/2 teaspoon of filling on wonton skin. Fold to form triangle and seal with egg white. Fry in hot oil, doing several at a time. They will puff up and turn a light brown color. Serve immediately.
