OLD FASHIONED BUTTERMILK
BISCUITS
 
Sift self-rising flour in large bowl (the amount is according to how many biscuits you want made). Pour in buttermilk and mix until it's a good dough consistency.

Pour out on floured surface, knead a few times, pinch off the size biscuit you want and place in greased pan. After the biscuits are all placed in pan, also grease the tops with melted meat grease. Place in 450 degree oven and bake until brown.
