HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hash browns
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1 med. chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 stick butter, melted

Put this in a large casserole dish. Top with corn flakes mixed with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
