ROCK COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/4 c. water with 1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1/2 c. walnuts
1 tsp. nutmeg
3-4 c. flour

Batter should be stiff. Drop from spoon on buttered tins. Bake in slow oven.
