LOVE APPLE PIE 
2 9" pie shells, unbaked
2/3 c. Heinz tomato ketchup
4 tsp. lemon juice
10 c. cooking apples, thinly sliced
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. butter, softened

Blend ketchup and lemon juice. Combine with apples. If apples are tart, add an extra 2 tablespoons of ketchup to mixture.

Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until thoroughly mixed. Fill pie shell with apples. Top with sugar mixture. Bake in 375 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until apples are cooked. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
