HERSHEY BAR PIE 
1 (8 oz.) Hershey milk chocolate bar
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. heavy or whipping cream
1 (9 inch) chocolate crumb or graham cracker crust, baked and cooled
Optional garnishes: cherry pie filling, chocolate curls or whipped cream

Break chocolate bar into pieces. Place in medium sized microwave proof bowl. Add milk and marshmallows. Cook on high about 2 1/2 minutes, until chocolate is softened and mixture is smooth and melted when stirred, OR, if not using a microwave melt chocolate in double boiler and stir in milk and marshmallows until smooth. Cool completely.

Beat heavy cream until stiff. Fold into chocolate mixture. Spoon into prepared crust. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Garnish as desired. Makes 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
