BARBEQUED SHORT RIBS | |
3 lb. short ribs 1 c. tomato sauce 1 c. water 1/4 c. vinegar 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 med. onions, finely chopped 1 tbsp. chopped parsley Combine all ingredients, except meat and mix well. Put meat into roasting pan and pour mixture over meat. Put in refrigerator for 4 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover pan and bake in preheated oven for 3 hours or until tender. Serves 4. |
