OCTOBERFEST RIBS 
3-4 lbs. beef short ribs
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce with onions
1 tsp. caraway seeds

Coat meat with flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Put in shallow dish and bake at 500 degrees for 25 minutes; pour off fat. Mix sauce and water. Pour over ribs and sprinkle with seeds. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees until tender. Serve over noodles.
