Marinade chicken 4 to 5 hours in sauce made of the following:

1 c. Crisco oil
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

After 4 to 5 hours, remove chicken from marinade and grill.
