2 c. flour
2 c. cold water
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. salt
2 tbsp. cream of tartar
Food coloring

Mix all ingredients into a large frying pan. Cook quickly, stirring until in a lump. Knead in food coloring, or add to cold water if only 1 color is desired. Not edible. Can be used over and over again. Store in an airtight container or plastic bag. Keeps 3 months unrefrigerated.
