CASSIE'S BEST CHILI DIP 
Nice for when you need an appetizer for unexpected company!

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (15 oz.) can chili (with or without beans)
grated cheddar cheese
1 bag tortilla chips (your favorite)

Take a Pyrex baking dish or small baking pan and spread the cream cheese all over the bottom. Then add the can of chili over the cream cheese. Lastly, put grated cheddar cheese all over the top, covering the chili.

Bake in oven at 375°F til cheese is melted and bubbly.

Note: If you use the glass baking dish you can heat in microwave on high until cheese is melted and bubbly. The microwave is quicker and tastes just as good.

Serve with tortilla chips for dipping. You can double the recipe depending on how big your pan is and how many people you are feeding.
