FINN AND HADDLE 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. smoked cod
Milk to top fish
Paprika sparingly sprinkled on top
1 lg. onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lemon

Slice large onion in quart in cheese slices and line bottom of 12 x 9 inch pan. Place fish on top and milk to just about top. Squeeze lemon on top and salt, pepper and paprika and put in oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
