CREOLE HADDOCK 
2 lb. haddock fillets
1 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. crushed basil
2 tsp. salt
4 drops Tabasco

Combine all ingredients and spoon over fillets in baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Serves 4.
