V-8 PORK CHOPS | |
1 c. V-8 juice 3 tbsp. chopped onions 3 tbsp. chopped green peppers 3 tbsp. lemon juice 3 tbsp. Italian salad dressing 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Few drops hot pepper sauce 6 (1/2 inch cut) pork loin chops 1. For marinade - combine all ingredients (except chops) in a plastic bag. 2. Close bag securely, place in 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan. 3. Add chops and to bag, and refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight. 4. Drain, reserve marinade. 5. Place chops on unheated rack in broiler pan. 6. Broil chops 3 to 4 inches from heat 6 minutes on each side or until done. 7. Heat marinade, and serve with chops. |
