EGG LEMON SOUP 
1 can chicken broth
Water
Fine egg noodles
2 eggs
2 tsp. lemon juice

Heat 1 can chicken broth with same amount of water. Add a few handfuls of fine egg noodles, boil and simmer. Beat 2 eggs, add 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Slowly add hot broth to egg mixture, keep beating. Serve immediately.
