TIELA 
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
3 med. zucchini, sliced
4 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 lg. can tomatoes
2 tbsp. salad or olive oil

Combine the cheese, bread crumbs, parsley and seasonings. Place a layer of zucchini and potatoes in a baking dish. Sprinkle generously with the cheese mixture, then add a layer of tomatoes. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Pour the oil evenly over the top layer. Cover dish with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven until zucchini and potatoes are tender. Remove the foil about 15 minutes before taking from oven to allow top to brown.
