GROUND BEEF AND BISCUIT
CASSEROLE
 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 (8 oz.) can biscuits

Brown hamburger and onions. Combine cream cheese and the can of mushroom soup. Then add the 1/2 cup milk and the ketchup. Mix good, then add to meat and mix good. Then add all into 2 quart casserole and bake until it bubbles for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Then add the biscuits on top and bake another 10 or 12 minutes.
