CORN BAKE 
1 can cream corn
1 can kernel corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
3 eggs
1 sm. green pepper
1 sm. onion
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheese

Saute onion and green pepper in stick of butter. Mix corns, eggs, and muffin mix. Add onion and green pepper; stir it all up. Mix together sour cream and cheese; spoon on top. 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
