KIM CHEE 
2 Chinese cabbage quarter sections

Salt generously inside cabbage leaves and soak overnight. Next day, wash out and squeeze. Chili powder 4 bunches sliced diagonal (very thin) fresh green onions 6 tbsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Accent 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. salted shrimp 1/2 c. water Fresh ginger, cut fine

Mix the above and pour into cabbage leaves generously.
