TOURNEDOS BRENNAN 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. red wine
1/2 c. mushroom juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
4 sm. filets mignon
1 lg. ripe tomato

1. In a small saucepan melt butter and saute mushrooms. Add flour and cook slowly until slightly brown. Add wine, mushroom juice and seasonings. Cook until thickened.

2. Grill steaks to taste. Top with tomato slices before steaks are finished cooking.

3. Pour sauce over cooked steaks.
