CLOVER LEAF ROLLS 
1 tsp. sugar
1 sm. cake yeast
1/2 c. milk

Crumble yeast in bowl, add sugar and milk. Mix until yeast dissolves in milk. Set aside until yeast foams.

#2:

In large GLASS bowl place the following in order given:

2 c. warm water
2 tbsp. melted Crisco
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1 lg. sifter (5-6 c.) full flour
Lastly add yeast mixture

Knead until hand comes clean. Place dough in GREASED BOWL and let rise double in size (approximately 2 hours).

Grease cupcake tins. Make 3 balls the size of large olives and place in cupcake pans. Let rise double and bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes (golden brown.
