GOLMA FISER'S DUCK IN A BAG 
2 wild duck
1 brown gravy mix
1/2 c. orange or plum jelly
1 (6 oz.) can orange juice
1 c. apples, cut up
1 c. celery, cut up
1 tsp. salt
1 cooking bag
1/2 c. flour

Parboil ducks until semi tender, using 1 cup celery and salt. Stuff ducks with apples. Place in roasting bag dusted with flour. Mix gravy, add orange juice, thawed and jelly. Pour over ducks, front side up. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour; open top of bag and brown ducks for 10 minutes. Use sauce over rice. (I remove skin after ducks are parboiled.)
