ACORN COOKIES | |
1 cup peanut butter 1 egg 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups Bisquick chocolate almond bark, for dipping 1. Mix peanut butter, egg, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. 2. Add Bisquick and mix thoroughly. 3. Chill for one hour or more. 4. shape into 1" balls, flatten with a glass. 5. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. 6. Let cool. 7. Dip half way into melted chocolate bark. 8. Let cool on wax paper or parchment paper. Enjoy! Submitted by: Barbara Boswell |
