BURNT SPAGHETTI | |
1 (16 oz.) box thick or thin spaghetti 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter (no substitutes!) Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Melt stick of butter, bring to a slight boil for a few minutes until golden brown (do not let the butter burn) then lower heat and serve over warm spaghetti. Best served with fried pork chops.
